Steve Didham has been a practicing Social Worker since 2001, working across child welfare, custody and access, mental health, addictions, and academia. He has held leadership roles for more than 20 years and is currently a Supervisor at the Children’s Aid Society of London & Middlesex, where he leads a team of social workers providing direct services to vulnerable children and families.

Steve is the Owner and Principal Consultant of Phoenix Consulting and Counselling, offering leadership development, organizational training, and individual counselling through an equity, trauma-informed, and reflexive lens. He is also a Lecturer at King’s University College, School of Social Work, where he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses.

He is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers, and a verified professional with Psychology Today. Steve is also part of The Helping Consortium, an evidence-informed network of professionals dedicated to advancing community wellness.
