Advanced Standing students are required to attend 3 Professional Development Workshops offered by the School of Social Work.

Current King’s Field Instructors are invited to attend the workshops free of charge in appreciation of their dedication to social work field education. The workshops are not available to the public.

Interprofessional Clinical Teaching Workshop

May 31, 2019, from 9 am until 3:30 pm

This workshop is designed to prepare health program clinical teachers in guiding students/ practitioners in assessing for effective collaborative teamwork within practice settings through development and practicing of interprofessional competencies, and in evaluating learners’ abilities to practice as interprofessional team members within practice teams.

There is no charge for this workshop! Limited to 50 participants, Certificate of Completion available.
